Sunday, January 27, 2008 - from 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Whether you are a beginning martial artist who only has a few months of sparring experience, or a seasoned veteran in martial arts with years of experience, this sparring clinic can help you bring your sparring to the next level.
The clinic will focus on each individuals physical abilities and help everyone improve in all aspects of point sparring. Topics covered in the clinic include:
• Hand speed drills• Kicking drills
• Lateral movement
• Footwork
• Blitzing
• Counter scoring techniques
• Mindset for sparring
• Sportsmanship while sparring
Please bring your sparring equipment with you, as we will do live sparring during this clinic.
